Polly is updating with multiple result updates

Between Thursday April 13 at 11:47 PM PDT and April 14 at 12:40 PM PDT, some Polly Slack customers experienced multiple result updates on their polls. In the case where the poll was in a channel users would see multiple messages stack up. In the case where the poll was sent via a direct message, users would see their message deleted and re-appear multiple times. This issue has been fixed, and the service is now operating normally.
